Membership Terms
Plain terms, kept short on purpose. They are the same for every member.
Membership. Membership runs a year at a time and is not transferable. It buys the right to compete for a spot in a break. It does not buy any particular card.
Spots. A spot is a place in one break, one per member. On breaks assigned by draw, a place is a place and the draw decides the picks after spots close. On pick breaks you choose your spot when you claim it.
The floor. Every box is packed to clear the published floor before spots open. The floor is recorded before spots open and is quoted to you again when you claim.
Payment. You are charged the posted price per spot when your claim settles. If payment does not go through, your place returns to the room and nothing is charged. Sales tax is sourced to your shipping address.
Shipping. A valid shipping address is required before a break streams. Cards ship within the shipping window posted on the break, insured, from the club.
Conduct. The room is a small one. The house may remove a message, mute an account, or end a membership for conduct that spoils it for everyone else.
Changes. We keep a version on every set of terms and record the version you agreed to at the moment you claimed a spot.
