Privacy

What we keep. Your name, email address, passcode as a hash, shipping address, the breaks you entered, what you paid, and the cards that went out to you. If you fill in a profile, whatever you chose to put there.

Why. To let you in, to seat you in a break, to charge you once, to ship you the card, and to answer you when you write.

Who else sees it. The payment processor sees what it needs to take a payment. The carrier sees your shipping address. Other members see your display name, member number, and profile, and nothing about what you spend.

Email. We write about your spots, your payments, and the nights you are in. You can turn any of those off in your profile.

Records. Draw records and break history are kept for as long as the club runs. Sessions and devices are listed in your profile and you can sign any of them out.

Asking. Write to hello@collectorsvault.club for a copy of what we hold on you, or to have it removed once your obligations to open breaks are done.
